• What we'll do
Mindfulness is more than a state of mind; it’s an intention. Join us as we explore how to make loving-kindness, compassion for others, compassion for yourself, and equanimity part of your life. We’ll use short talks, guided meditations and group discussions to increase your ability to support yourself and others under all conditions.No prior meditation experience is required to take this class.
