What we're about

This group is for people who feel they are in survival mode (ie - are stressed, worried, overwhelmed, feel unsafe and/or experience low energy and chronic tension) and want to learn about the mind-emotion-body connection and practices that can help to build resilience and tap into their source of creativity, energy and physical, emotional and mental well-being so that they can shift from surviving to thriving.

These group coaching sessions will be one part education, one part guided practice and one part discussion all done in a safe and supportive space.

Hour long sessions will be held in various offices/workspaces in the Plateau and Mile-End area 2-4 times a month. The cost will be in the $10 range which will simply cover the cost of renting the space.

****Please note that since my training has been English the sessions will be primarily in English for the time being but I’m happy to do my best to translate in French anything that isn’t clear as needed. I want this to be an inclusive, harmonious, supportive atmosphere for all :)
