What we're about

Living a Mindful Life A presentation & workshop we will explore who we are and how we can increase joy and peace in our lives.
Here are some of the topics we will examine:
-understanding our core beliefs & where they come from; overcoming limiting beliefs in order to take back our power.
-understanding our emotions and what they are telling us.
-establishing & maintaining spiritual growth through rituals, anchor & affirmations.
-using breathing techniques to go within & connect to our true selves, connect to the Divine Source, connect to the Earth.
-using self awareness techniques to live more fully in the present moment.
