ProBuilder 4.0.0 is coming soon, and with it a new runtime mesh editing API. The ProBuilder API provides new mesh primitives, access to common modeling operations like extrude and subdivide, and helper functions like face, edge, and vertex picking. I will provide an overview of the new functionality, and walk through a moderately complex example project. The format will be informal and interactive, please feel free to come with questions!
Karl Henkel is a software developer at Unity. Prior to joining Unity he was part of a two person team working on ProBuilder, which was acquired in 2017. Since the acquisition Karl has been working on ProBuilder, the new Tool Mode API, and all kinds of things related to helping level artists and tool developers work in Unity.
