I would like to invite you to join with me for this months New Moon Women's Circle.

Together we will be a circle of women that spend time together sharing, talking, laughing, crying and listening. We will take time out of our busy lives to rest, replenish and nourish ourselves, and to re-charge for the coming month.

The Circles will be self-evolving, flexible to arising needs, based on shared ownership, and collective involvement. I will facilitate the evening but also be a participant.

The following elements will always be included, in order to hold the circle together.

Arrive – tea/coffee and welcome

Come to sit – introductions and intentions for gathering

Confidentiality – agree to respect each other and words spoken

Open circle with ritual – light candle or place things on the altar

Check in 1st round

Check in 2nd round – what do you need, or can offer, or want to do

Activities – discussion, rest, music, massage, craft, dancing, reading, exchanging ideas, storytelling, vizualisation, meditation, journeying, journalling, intention setting, healing, sipping tea, eating cake, chatting, giving each other support, sharing food, relaxing, and 'just be-ing!'

Check in 3rd round – closing words about how you are

Close with ritual – together to end the evening.

The activities on a given day will differ, depending on what women in the circle wish to receive or offer.
In recent months we have got into the rhythm of sharing how we are/have been throughout the month, choosing a Goddess card for the coming month, discussing the astrological traits of the New Moon, meditated, journalled, set our monthly intentions, and consumed lots of chocolate cake!

Please bring a cushion/blanket with you, and a journal and pen/s. Please pay £10.00 in cash on the night. Thank you. Please be aware that the end time is flexible - sometimes we end the gathering in two hours, other times it might be 10pm or later.

I look forward to building a wonderfully supportive, nurturing, loving community with you.
