The Moonlit Poetry Caravan Pages

The Moonlit Poetry Caravan is focused around a shared aesthetic, and a desire to grow as poets via constructive feedback. If you are looking for a poetry group, we may or may not be your cup of tea, and vice versa – and I say this in the spirit of respect for the variety of views that art includes and provokes.

Poets with significant experience in the arts are encouraged to press Apply, and to submit 4-6 poems as a sample via email to am@amolotkov.com. We are interested in all types of unrhymed poetry, with a preference for works that are not overtly narrative. We also lean towards work that does not make excessive use of specific place-names and name-names.

Currently the group meets every other Thursday at 7pm at one of the poets’ homes. Hosting is not mandatory to be in the group. You are welcome to attend one of our meetings and try us out before making a decision to apply.

Sincerely,

A. Molotkov
Group Organizer
