Please bring your yoga mat and blanket and / or even a pillow if you wish to lie down. To ensure you are comfortable during meditation is really important to us. ❤️ We recommend bottle of water and comfortable clothes too.
This meditation is for everyone and beginners are most welcome to join us and will be guided through with ease.
