Every GREAT start-up needs an even GREATER ecosystem to support it and enable its success.
Is our start-up scene in Perth up to scratch?
Since 2017, Elizabeth Knight has been a part of Bloom (www.bloom.org.au), working to develop a key component of the infrastructure in WA's start-up scene - the beginning!
Having recently moved on from her role, Elizabeth is excited to share her vision and insights as to how we can cultivate a start-up ecosystem here that is more effective, inclusive and impactful.
She'll be discussing five key factors that will be critical to achieving this vision in 2020.
If you’re ready to share some big ideas and have even bigger conversations with key members of Perth’s start-up scene, this is the Morning Startup for you!
At age 20, Elizabeth Knight is on a mission to transform the way we educate young people about their futures.
Not only has she worked with early stage founders and university students to create purpose-driven enterprises, she is also "walking the walk" as the founder of Purposeful, whose mission is to empower an entire generation to feel confident, motivated and excited about their futures.
She has worked as the Director at Bloom and in 2019 was awarded the Boston Consulting Group Scholarship (https://www.bcg.com/en-au/careers/students/scholarship-program.aspx). She is a
Fogarty Scholar (https://scholars.fogartyfoundation.org.au/), a TEDx presenter and a proud member of Gen Z, ready to shake up the way the world works.
