THIS MEETUP GROUP IS FOR ANYONE WHO LOVES TO DANCE AND STAY FIT
PLEASE NOTE - RSVPS FOR ALL CLASSES SHOULD BE MADE ON MINDBODY ONLINE:
Three days and three different group fitness classes to choose from: Bollywood Dance Fitness (Bolly Z) and Masala Bhangra ® STRONG by Zumba - not dance but HIIT synced to music. All classes are taught by a AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor.
1) Bollywood Dance Fitness (Bolly Z) - A ladies only fitness class!!
Every Saturday 10am and Tuesday 7:15pm:
This class is just like a Zumba class - a Mashup of Bollywood, Bhangra and some Zumba!!! One hour of high energy dancing to popular Bollywood music. No dance experience necessary. All levels are welcome. Please go at your own pace. Just bring plenty of water and be ready to have Fun, Get Fit and Burn Calories!!!
2) Masala Bhangra ® - a Co-ed class!!! Every Sunday 11 am and Thursday 7 pm
This class it is an Indian based dance program and unlike Zumba it is instructional. The class introduces high energy Bhangra and Bollywood dance movements in an easy to follow format. This program is designed for people of all ages who love to stay active. The format of the class makes it easy for you to learn the routine so that by the end of the class you are not only dancing but doing confidently and having a great time. Great for cardio, and increasing endurance & stamina. You will sweat, burn a ton of calories, 7000+++ steps in one class. Medium to High Intensity!
3) STRONG by Zumba - co-ed. Every Saturday at 11:45am ( separate Meetup group for this class!)
This class is not dance, but high intensity interval training synced to music. Bring a mat and be ready for a great workout!
No gym membership required!
PLEASE RSVP FOR ALL CLASSES ON MINDBODY ONLINE:
Only $5 per class! Walk-ins welcome
$20 for a 5 class pass (per person) or $40 for a 10 class family pass!!
Passes can be used for all formats!
