Monthly Meeting - Wilde Rover in Kirkland

The First Tuesday of every month is MOSS BAY DIVE CLUB meeting day at the Wilde Rover Pub in downtown Kirkland, 7:00 pm until it's over (typically sometime between 8:00 and 9:00pm).


The meetings are pretty informal and generally have:

a.  Introductions

b.  Dive reports -- share your dives from the last month

c.  "Ten Minute" educational/safety talk

d.  Featured speaker - Koos de Preez talking about Side Scan Sonar and Underwater Mapping of Lake Washington.

e. Taking nominations for Board seats/positions:

- Director: Currently Randy Koch, will re-run

- Secretary: Currently Bryan Minugh, will re-run


- Diving Officer: Open, current person is NOT run again.

    Should be a good talk from Koos de Preez who will tell us about the underwater mapping of Lake Washington and other local areas. He, along with several others, are finding many, many new and possibly great dive sites.

    The technology he is using is incredible.
