Probably one of the best talks I have ever heard, may be even the best. Tied together things that people have been trying to get across to me for years - in a manner that was clear and convincing. Well presented as well; corporate feel at points but with good use of power point - unlike in corporates. About two orders of magnitude better than most motivational talks.
One quibble, do not remember questions at end.

Thanks James!! What fantastic feedback. Your quibble is fair, I mentioned at the end I would be staying around for a chat and questions. But next time I will just open the floor for questions. Far better to get a discussion going whilst everyone is still in the zone. Thanks a lot for your feedback, made my day.

Hi Chris, was great meeting you yesterday. Thanks very much for the great and honest feedback yesterday. I've already got some ideas for how to encourage discussion and more importantly get people making friends. Hope to see you in a future talk.

We will be upstairs in the private function room, airy and bright and rumoured to be the drinking place of Charles Dickens! There is a full bar downstairs, feel free to come early or stay behind for a pub lunch, the food is fantastic!
