My motivational coaching is based on Motivational Interviewing which is defined as a client-centered coaching or counseling style for eliciting behavior change in clients seeking positive life modifications. The goal of motivational coaching for coaches is to provide tools to recognizing the dynamics of an individual 's readiness to change and strengthen their internal motivation and confidence through better self-awareness and clarity about their set of beliefs and values.
