Beginners are welcome on the Tues and Thurs Conestee rides - this is the place to get up to speed if you want to ride other places in the future!
Week day rides are for all Levels. We have all levels riding with us and are happy to make a slower group for those just getting started. Come out and enjoy the fun of trail riding!
After the ride - meet up for Brew and Burgers or whatever you like. (between 8:00 and 8:15)
We will pick the location for Brews and Burgers after the ride!
So come out for a good ride during the week to keep those lungs and legs in shape. The ride leaves the parking lot at 6:00pm. If you will be late, let the Host know, and the group can ride then swing back to the parking lot at 6:15.
This ride will last about 1.5 to 2.0 hrs depending who attends. The full ride can be about 10 miles, but the ride level/speed will be set to accommodate everyone. Nobody gets left behind.
Required equipment: Helmet, bike, water (lights OCT - APR)
Suggested: gloves, eye protection, spare tube, pump/CO2

LCNP is a wildlife refuge, and it is important to stay on trails and minimize the disturbance (quiet and slow and safe).
The trails that are off-limits to bikes at all times are:
Spring Lizard Link Heron Circle (beyond the bikestiles),
Raccoon Run (north of the bridge), All boardwalks and bridges are walk the bike rules (historically 100% of our reported injury accidents have been bikers on boardwalks)
All biking activities are at your own risk.
