NOTICE: Meditation group meetings are suspended for a while, at least through the end of March, but probably longer, depending on how things go.

I encourage you to continue a regular mindfulness and meditation practice on your own. I strongly recommend listening to talks from Gil Fronsdal here: https://audiodharma.org/

I'll provide more info here when we know when we're going to restart our group meetings.

We are a mindfulness community with a free weekly group meditation.

Our group is generally open and informal - you're welcome to come when you can, sit how you like, and meditate how you like.

We're happy to give basic instruction to beginners, in which case we encourage insight meditation (vipassana) in the style of teachers like Gil Fronsdal and Jack Kornfield.

We meditate together in a space generously provided by 3B Yoga. Our meditation session lasts 30 minutes, with some discussion before and after. We begin by reading a different short meditation each week, end with another reading or Metta exercise, and the rest is silent meditation.

HOW MUCH $? Free.

DO I NEED EXPERIENCE? No. People of all skill levels are welcome, and many are just beginning.
