Film: Appalachian Impressions

From the Appalachian Trail website...

Come join us for our 2013 Membership Drive and help protect the Appalachian Trail! Join us as we watch the film: Appalachian Impressions in theaters. Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear real stories from the people that have hiked the 2,180-mile Trail as well as those who volunteer to protect and maintain it. Prizes will also be awarded throughout the event such as water bottles, hats, and an ATC ENO Hammock.

Top 10 Reasons to Attend:

Watch the film: Appalachian Impressions on the big screen!
Hear amazing stories of the men and women who volunteer on the Trail
Interact with a 2,000 Miler
1 Year Membership or Gift Membership to the ATC (a $40 value)
Free Admission for kids (13 and under)
Win cool prizes such as an ATC ENO Hammock
1 year subscription to A.T. Journeys, the official magazine of the Appalachian Trail
Receive an ATC decal and patch
Make new friends in the Outdoor and Hiking Community
Protect an Irreplaceable Treasure: the Appalachian Trail!

Our goal is simple, to raise awareness of the Appalachian Trail and to gain the support of 2,180 new members - 1 new member for every mile of the A.T.

Every dollar raised will help preserve and manage the A.T. – ensuring that its vast natural beauty and priceless cultural heritage can be shared and enjoyed today, tomorrow, and for centuries to come.

Non-ATC Members
Non-members of the Appalachian Trail Conservancy are welcomed to attend. Remember, this is a membership drive after-all. Come rally with your fellow A.T. supporters and learn about the Trail and the volunteers who help maintain and protect it. All non-members will automatically become a member of the ATC and receive the benefits of becoming a supporter, including a 1-year subscription to A.T. Journeys, the official magazine of the A.T.

Current ATC Members
Current members of the Appalachian Trail Conservancy are encouraged to attend. It wouldn’t be a membership drive without our past supporters! All current members of the ATC will receive a free gift membership with each admission ticket to help spread the love of the A.T. (Just in time for the holidays!).

What better way to spend time with your family than being immersed in the Appalachian Trail. All children, 13 and under, will receive free admission. In order to qualify for this free promotion, children must be accompanied by an adult (18 and older) at all times and tickets must be reserved in advance (Click Here to reserve your seat). Limit 3 free tickets per household.

Please purchase your tickets in advance and prior to joining this event.

I plan on getting there by 6:30 pm. It's not always easy to save seats at these events, so if you want to sit with the group, please be on time. If you do not plan on sitting with the group, let me know in advance so I'm not waiting for you. If you have not answered the questions and purchased your ticket by Thursday October 3rd, I will remove you from the event. Please update your RSVP if your plans have changed.
