This Meeup is the central location for the St. Louis Gyrokinesis Community. More than just a bulletin board announcing our classes and special events we want to take your ideas, schedule social events to foster and grow a fitness and well-being community.

Gyrokinesis training use the whole body to stretch, strengthen and stabilize the musculature. Within this exercise system, the body is encouraged to go beyond its limitations and increase its functional capacity.

Through precise yet gentle movements, the body is encouraged to release restrictions and allow greater fluidity and range of motion.

Gyrokinesis training increases circulation through aerobic and cardiovascular stimulation. It also encourages mobility in the spine, as well as all other joints, allowing the fullest possible range of motion.

The combination of breathwork and rhythm within the movements creates an energetic experience. The client feels the effects immediately and leaves with a more connected sense of self.
