Our revised No Show/Cancellation policy for MOVIE meetups:
In general, a deposit of HK$100 is required to be included in ticketing, which can be waived for frequent attendees with a good track record. Deposit not paid on/before deadline will result in your RSVP status being automatically updated to 'Not Attending'/'No'. A refund will be offered if the Meetup is cancelled, rescheduled or if the member drops out 3 days in advance of the meetup. The difference between deposit and ticket cost, if any, will be settled at the event between the organizer and the attendee.
To secure better seats, movie tickets would generally be purchased via online ticketing 2 days in advance, i.e, once tickets are open for sale on websites. For example, meetup on a Friday night will have ticketing finalized on the prior Wednesday's morning, RSVP/Deposit/Cancellation deadline would be the night before at 11:59pm (Tuesday).
Cancellation/drop-out after deadline and/or in case of no show without prior notice, the attendee would still be held responsible for paying the ticket cost (incl. ticket price and online booking surcharge) in full.
