Explore gentle movement and joyful healing meditation. We focus on the pleasure of breathing and moving. This group studies the relation between your body and mind, your inner child and your relation to Earth. It is a low impact, casual workout, blending yoga, tai chi, and capoeira, at a baby level of comfort. This does not require full mobility, just an interest in being present and improving coordination. We recognize each other where we are at, and encourage a little bit of growth in positive motion. Meeting outside to gather Sunshine and Joy!  Beginners to advanced, all ages are welcome.

Expand your heart and clear your mind. Move systematically in several dimensions to relax and strengthen your body. Massage yourself using gravity and lazy baby yoga. Give yourself permission to use your body and your breathing to make yourself better. Commit to a regular discipline of intentional breathing and heart centered meditation. Join in a fun and playful exploration of movement mechanics, breathing journeys, and indulgent easy relaxation. Sitting exercises and super low impact movements are part of the spectrum of yoga to gymnastics. Any level of ability is a good place to start.
