Relax and expand your workout to include spiral swimming movements and deep gratitude breathing. Know your limits and be ready to explore whatever comfort level is best for you. Bring a water bottle, dress with layers, eat at least two hours earlier. Be ready to touch the ground, hopfully barefoot. Bring a camera for beautiful sunsets. Feel free to suggest other times or locations.
