Join us to discover and experience the Holistic approach to Wholeness. Facilitators share their knowledge of ways to reduce stress, chronic pain and a variety of ways to ways to promote Wellness. The best thing is having time to practice new techniques and building on that foundation.There will be the fun of creating healthy new recipes. We seem to be more successful in making positive life changes in community rather than alone. As we live in deep joy, we are able to let go of the heavy "baggage" we've been dragging behind us. Having healed from a disease doctors consider incurable by using so many Holistic choices, my desire is to provide information and make available Facilitators who have studied these Arts.
