The purpose of this group is to introduce you to one of the best workouts in the world. Cardio Kickboxing and Muay Thai can help you burn up to a 1000 calories per class. It's incredibly effective tool for burning fat because it uses all major muscle groups to kick, punch and move. You will sweat like crazy as you learn kicks and punches, knees and elbows.

I simply want to share the love of this amazing martial art and show you how easily you can lose 10 to 20 pounds per month by training regularly and eating properly.
