This is a Group for the professionals who are passionate in Promoting Customer Centricity Culture across verticals, I started this Group to have Knowledge Sharing in the field of Customer Experience and Engagements. The objective of the Group is to understand the fundamentals of customer Experience and Management with the aim of bringing Innovative Ideas in the same field who are aspiring to be future leaders in the arena of Customer Service, and help each other in branding ourselves across industries.
