I'm a fully qualified Personal Trainer. Gym memberships can expensive when you're down to one wage and booking a babysitter to get fit is out of the question....So why not work out with your baby and with other mums. Don't sit at home being lonely, come and meet other mums while you get fit. Fight the baby blues and the baby bulge with one hour of fitness training each week. You'll get a great workout that includes resistance and cardio work and body/baby weighted exercises as well as targeting your tummy and pelvic floor muscles. Make some great friends for you and your baby with lots of laughs. Afterwards, stay for coffee with the other mums. Bring yourself, your baby/toddler, a towel and some a hat/pram Every Monday and Friday 9am-10am meet in the car park (near the duck pond and school) Emerald Lakes Drive, Emerald Lakes.

Emerald Lake Drive, Emerald Lakes. (the car park near the duck pond & school). Antenatal Class. Fitness For Mums-To-Be

These Antenatal classes are designed for Mums-To-Be during pregnancy in your 2nd and 3rd trimester. Exercising during pregnancy gives you the opportunity to build strength and increase stamina levels to carry you through labour, as well as preparing you for the heavy physical demands of the first few months as a new mum. Antenatal Classes will focus on low impact aerobics to help maintain your weight & fitness levels, increase your energy levels, reduce tiredness as well as decrease time in labour. Specific pelvic floor exercise to aid in labour and quicker recovery after birth. Gentle Stretch and Balance sessions making pregnancy easier, releasing stress and muscle soreness & tightness. Building strength to help with the demands of being pregnant. When exercising, your clothing should be loose and comfortable. You will need to wear supportive shoes & bra. Please bring a water bottle, exercise mat (or towel) and a pillow. Come along and meet other Mums-To-Be :)
