What we're about

The Munay-ki are a series of nine Empowerment rites based on the initiatory practices of the Q'ero shamans of Peru, as taught by psychologist Alberto Villoldo. "Munay" in Quechua means "love", "ki", from the Chinese word for energy, combine to give the meaning: energy of love.

Munay-ki is a very beautiful form of spiritual practice and energy work. In the first two workshops you will learn what Munay-ki is, some of the tools used in the practice, the 9 rites, the rite of the womb and how to work with energy through the practice. In addition, upon request and free of charge, by the end of these workshops you will receive all 9 rites and the rite of the womb.

In a third and separate workshop you will learn how to transmit these rites to another person, receive and learn how to use a 'pi-stone', create and learn how to use a 'misha' (both of which are used during the transmission ceremonies) and learn how to cleanse both these tools. By the end of this workshop you will be confident to pass on the rites of the Munay-ki.

Workshop 1: Sunday evenings

Time: 6:00 - 8:00 pm
Investment: $90

In workshop one we will cover the origins of Munay-ki, introduction to ancestors, archangels and archetypes of the Munay-ki, group meditation, the first 4 rites, and upon request (highly recommended) and free of charge the first 4 rites will be transmitted to you.

About the Munay-ki practitioner delivering the course: In 2016, Heidi-Marie was told by a shaman in Peru that she would practice Munay-ki. Having never heard of this practice before she soon forgot about it and continued travelling the world. Three months later in she met a shaman in India who offered to transmit the 9 rites and the rite of the womb to her. Stunned by the truth of her calling from Peru to India, she knew Spirit was asking her to listen. She received the rites in March 2017 and has never looked back. Heidi-Marie was born and raised in Southern, Ontario, but feeling a deep connected to the Andes in Peru, the 'apus'. She resonates deeply with Munay-ki and wants to share the love of this practice with everyone who feels called to it.
