Thinking about trying yoga but unsure where to start? Feel you are not flexible or able to keep up? This IS the place to start! A very relaxed enviroment. Super fun, but effective. I spend some time stretching with bands, so it's perfect for those who focus mostly on building muscles and find range of motion or flexiblity decreasing. Especially important as you get older! The goal is to feel great and flexible all the time regardless of age.
