This is a really nice shaded trail with 1,300 ft of elevation gain, it's perfect for beginners, it's approximately 2.5 miles to the campground where there's restrooms, a fire ring, picnic table and a stream...that's where we're getting our water for the weekend so only carry enough to get you through the hike 😉
There's several trails to explore for those of you that want to put in some more miles.
I'll be there Friday, if you can't make it that day that's fine just let me know what time to expect you the next day. Getting to camp is easy, you can do it on your own or I can meet you at the parking at a certain time, just let me know in the comments what day you'll be getting there.
I'll check it out prior to the event date and make the appropriate changes on here, these trips fill up fast so RSVP sokn
