This is a Conditioning Hike!
6 miles Loop RT
2943 ft. elevation
1800 + elevation gain
Intermediate with a SERIOUS PUSH / Advance Strenuous & Steep
This is crazy trail. I LOVE IT! A great training trail for advanced hikes ! The Vital Link Snakes it's way up out steeping and Rivaling register ridge to Baldy. 1800+ gain the first 2 miles going up. After a short brake and re grouping we will jog or walk super fast looping the last 4 miles back to our cars.
This is not a socializing event. How ever I am game for a drink and some food with the group on some Tuesdays after Pushing our limits hike.
enough Water, Hiking Sticks, Snack, Layer, good trail shoes, flashlight or headlamp if needed, hanky or face towel. This trail will make us Sweat!
***Some of you might be in better shape than some of us, but to add to your work out, carry more weight. Be Honest with yourself. Know your limits and what you can carry. We can regroup at the top*****
