This is a conditioning hike for the busy-body who is looking for a solid workout before starting their day. We will be going at a very quick and steady pace to the top of Jones Peak; an out-and-back hike on a well-maintained trail with LOTS of switchbacks. At the top, we will take a 15-20 min break, take in the view and return the same way we came. If you are unable to keep pace, we will pick you up on our way back.
What to bring:
~ Poles, hat, sunscreen, electrolytes and energy gels.
~ At least 3 l of water.
