Are you addicted to Mysteries? If so, this is the group for you. MB&IP is over six years old and has very consistent and dedicated members. We like to keep the group at 10 members so we can have meaningful discussions. We are currently full and are not accepting any new members at this time.
We meet the second Tuesday of each month at Panera Bread on N Capital of Texas Hwy, at 6:30 PM. Since we do occupy the cafe's tables for a couple of hours, as a courtesy we arrive a little early (6:00 - 6:15 PM) and order dinner prior to 'serious' book discussion. We want to be exposed to a variety of literature, but try to avoid gory books that could cause potential nightmares! So your input is welcome.
Also, please ensure that your schedule allows you to attend our meetups regularly. We do not want a valuable slot filled with someone who cannot attend our meetings. Thus, we reserve the right to remove members due to consistent non-attendance.
Each person chooses a book. When it is her turn, she leads the discussion on the book. Right now we say her, because we currently have no guys; but all are welcome. There are dues to help pay for the Meet-up site. They are $15.00 annually, and are pro-rated.
Again, we are currently full and not accepting new members right now. So please come back later and check our status.
Contact us with any questions. Thanks.
