The monthly organizational meeting for the Nashville Area Gamer Association is a completely open event and anybody who is interested in NAGA as a group is absolutely welcome to attend. Attendance is never needed if you just want to game, but even if you’re just curious about what we’re planning on doing in the coming year, feel free to stop by. Notably, we will discuss the two upcoming conventions we are assisting with, and hold votes for open positions. If you are a gamer in Nashville, you’re a part of NAGA, so please feel free to show up and volunteer! NAGA is an association of many groups: if you are part of a gaming group, business or organization, please show up to represent, advocate and promote your group.
While this is not a gaming event, and the meeting is the primary reason for the gathering, there will probably still be gaming and social activities afterwards as decided by the people present. We are, after all, a bunch of gamers getting together.
The location is an apartment complex clubhouse with ample free parking. We will have access to a small kitchen and use of the clubhouse after the event.
If you have any orders of business you would like to add, feel free to e-mail or call the chair, Sarah Edwards: [masked] (814) 404-0008. If you can not attend due to location or time of week, please also contact Sarah, as these meetings are intentionally held at open locations around Nashville to encourage participation.
