The North Coast Calvary Career Transition Group (NC3) is a Christian non-profit organization reaching out to all individuals in our community who are in various stages of a career change. We provide free out-placement services including seminars, workshops, counseling, 1:1’s and resume writing. We meet every Monday night helping our job seekers work on various elements of their job campaign. Many of our volunteers have Human Resource experience working for companies in North County and San Diego. Their experience is key to keeping our candidates prepared in a challenging job market.
The "Foundations Workshop", facilitated by Rob Mays and Dori Gilbert, is an overview of the key elements of the job search. Whether you’re currently working or unemployed, this session will help you focus on the right activities at the right time. Attendees will receive: An overview of the Career Transitions program and workshops · A free Job Search workbook packed with tips and encouragement · Numerous resources for the hope, structure, templates, and best practices that are part of a successful job search · A personalized Action Plan to start or restart an active job search.
