What form of transportation most used?

Pruis, bus, bicycle, and feet

Type of dwelling?

1450 sq ft dwelling w passive solar orientation that is in serious need of retrofit for energy efficiency, along with active solar applications.

How have you reduced your fossil fuel consumption since learning about Peak Oil?

Redoubled commitment to local and organic cuisine, moved closer to WSM (a co-op) and farm market, and require that the next cohousing or eco-village community we fund to be off-grid, and to meet rigorous environmental and efficiency standards.

I live in Arcadia Cohousing, have worked as a social worker (as alt Viet service), public interest lawyer, law prof, and developer of historic properties. Am director of Green Equity, a small closed-end fund that finances sustainable enterprises.
