Recommendations for Web design training?

I am an SEO copywriter, Web content manager, and marketing strategist, but I know that nonprofits often need to incorporate these skills with graphic and Web design positions to maximize their budgets.

Can anyone recommend affordable training in graphic/Web design? I would love to be able to use my skills in service to the community.

Thanks for any suggestions. I have attended several meetups and found everyone to be friendly and engaging. I would be glad to offer my current skills to help out if anyone needs them.

Wake Tech has a few courses in Web Design, and other Graphic designs.

I hope it helps.
