We started promptly. The event was pretty informal and the audience was engaged throughout.
12:00pm - 1:00pm Pizza thanks to Winxnet (http://www.winxnet.co...) :)
Just before the event started, we had to change rooms. We were beyond the capacity of the EBC room (good thing a second room was booked :)
1:00 pm Online and Live attendees introduced themselves
{40 min} Introductions: Around the Virtual Room (Name, Company, MVP, UserGroup, most recent published item, What would you like to get out of this event? TwitterID?)

{15 min} Would a Monthly online gathering Like this be beneficial? If so, How much time should we allocate to them? If so, do we want to have a presentation during the event? Discussion: Brief training class on a topic that is relevant to all or at least most attendees? What Training topics would you like to see? Some ideas (Public Speaking, Getting Published, Getting Funding for your Events, Building reputation through online properties and Social Networks , Favorite tools, IE 9/HTML 5 and what it means to us, Microsoft Systems Management, Windows Intune, Other Technical Topics???) If proceed: Project Task force Leader and volunteers?
** Training topic good but have at the end so we can skip it if we go over on time.

Discussion: should we have a Community Portal? This might be a great way to help promote local published works and blogs as well as give a mechanism for collaboration. Where should it be? BostonUserGroups? Dedicated NEW URL ? Would others be interested in participating in building it? If so, What should it have in it? How should we promote it? Blog, Wiki, Calendar, email list, Other? If proceed: Project Task force Leader and volunteers? Already reserved domain NELeaders.com/.net/.org We do not have to use this one just wanted to have something to start the conversation.
** Do not want another site! put stuff on BostonUserGroups.org if possible. It would be great if we can get them to put the infrastructure in place. Will use NELeaders.com for now. Will change if BUG can provide functionality we need. All users must be able to login and contribute.

Brainstorm ideas for getting speakers and sponsors
** Start discussion board for people to provide guidance to the group

Brainstorm how to get more people in the seats (attendees) for events and meetings
** great speakers, great content, good giveaways, cross promote with other community leaders. Poll of room showed that ALL would be willing to cross promote events to their members if there is percieved interest by members. It was also shown that other group leaders would be willing to promote other groups that are outside their immediate member community area.

** Add discussion to NELeaders.com to provide a place for all to contribute

Discussed when we should have these meetings. Frequency/Day/Time. No conclusions. Decided to create a poll on NELeaders.com to get everyone's opinion may have to mix it up a bit to make sure everyone can attend at least some events.
