Don't miss this exciting metropolitan zoo best known for having the largest collection of primates in the United States and for its Rainforest exhibit, which features a thrilling simulated tropical rain storm.
We will meet outside of the rainforest, tour the rainforest and then explore the zoo. This is a leisure hike which means we will be stopping to take in the sights, take pictures and enjoy the day all the while walking at a relaxed pace. This is more of a sight seeing hike then a workout. This is a perfect event for beginning hikers, those with physical limitations and those that want to see the Zoo at a relaxed pace.
The cost of the zoo and rainforest admission is $8.25 and each member is required to purchase their own ticket(s).
Parking is Free.
