Process Improvement & Project Management Consultants is a group for Independent Project Managers & Process Improvement Consultants that brings together likeminded business professionals to discuss challenging business topics, share experiences, brainstorm and network among your peers.
Every month we will focus on a new unique topic around the challenges we face as Project Mangers & Process Improvement Consultants. We’ll meet at the Black Water Grill located at 43 Pelham Road, Salem, NH at 5:30pm on a date to be determined each month.
The group will guide the topics we cover but we see some potential topics being as follows:
-- Finding new clients and business leads
-- Writing a winning Client Contract or Proposal
-- How to gauge the amount of hours a project will take
-- How to set rates for our services & effective pricing strategies
-- Building the right team
