Michele Baer is founder and president of Baer Consulting Inc. (, an award-winning boutique communications firm. For more than 15 years, she has provided marketing, consumer education and public relations counsel to global companies, startups, and nonprofits. Before she was crazy enough to start her own firm in 2004, Michele held senior positions at leading PR agencies in New York City, including Ketchum, Ogilvy and Euro RSCG. She also looks to inspire the next generation of communicators through her work as an adjunct professor at William Paterson University.

David Goldstein was a sales superstar during his career spanning a Fortune 300 to an S&P 500. He consistently ranked in the top 2% of all sales representatives nationwide and eventually rose to become a #1 sales manager. His success was rewarded with amazing incentive trips and lucrative commissions but it never satisfied his entrepreneurial desires. David followed his passion and left corporate America to Co-Found Health Options Worldwide (, a health IT startup dedicated to reducing an employer's healthcare costs. He has held training sessions and presented at ADP, C.R. Bard, DeVry University, Insight Only, L5 Surgical, and Rutgers University.

Another awesome presenter to be announced as the event approaches.
