    Hello Everyone,
Forecast is cloudy tomorrow with a chance of showers. So far, it doesn't look like we'll get rained on but you never know So, We are still on for tomorrow even if it's a light rain. Event will be cancelled only if it's heavy rain or lightening & thunder. Don't forget to wear or bring your rain gear, just "in-case": ponco with a hood, rain jacket, water resistant or water proof shoes.
Drive Safe & See you tomorrow!
    Melanie :-)

P.S. I don't recommend wearing jeans or heavy cotton pants. They get soaked and heavy. I reccomend light synthetic pants or shorts & wool socks if you have them, especially if you don't have water resistant shoes.

Are dogs allowed on this hike?

    1 · May 16, 2013

    • Melanie

Hi Ailet, Good question & thanks for asking because usually I mention that in the details. Yes, dogs are allowed! but park rules are on-leash and must pick up etc.. If you RSVP Yes, please post a comment that you are bringing your dog, that way those going will know in-case they either want to bring their dog or not, or might not want to go if they have a fear or allergy.
