October Meetup (#21) Content is King

  • Oct 8, 2013 · 6:00 PM
  • Red

In today’s hyper-connected world, we are constantly receiving an endless flow of information through social media, blogs and websites. Content drives every exchange a business has with a potential customer and must be compelling enough to cut through the noise. Content strategy is necessary to effectively communicate with your target audience and market your business. This meetup will discuss the importance of creating a solid content strategy and the steps needed to develop and implement the respective assets.

Please join us on Tuesday October 8th, as we welcome back Preston Porter, also known as the Social Media Chef, who will discuss how to plan a content marketing strategy from the ground up by asking who, what, when, where, why and how.

Additionally, we would like to open the floor to anyone working on projects they would like to share with the crowd. Please send us an email at [masked] with a brief description of your pitch.

Wish there was more than one week notice for this - seems like a great topic! Will try to make it out to the next one.
