Meeting Agenda:

Come join us for another fun-filled and educational monthly meeting! This month, Bruce Mittelman will give an overview of Quicklook plugins. Quicklook is a great feature of OS X, allowing you to press the spacebar when a file is selected in Finder and quickly look at the contents. As great as this is, there are a few occasions where it would be useful to quicklook a file that is not supported by default. Luckily, Quicklook is extendable with plugins and Bruce will show the best plugins available as well as how to install them.

Bruce Mittelman will also be giving a demonstration of AirServer, the most advanced AirPlay/AirTunes receiver app on the market. AirServer allows you to stream audio, videos, and photos to your Mac or iOS device.

Our next presenter of the evening, will be Louis Perez, who will be giving another installment of his "Magical Mystery Tour of the Web", which presents a collection of popular Web sites focusing on a particular topic. This month's topic will focus on "How to Buy a Television Set".

Next up, Bob Helmond will give a short "2 Minute Tech" talk on an interesting new product or technology.

Our final presenter of the evening will be Jen Bissu with her monthly installment of "3 Things You Should Know." which offers tips, tricks, and news every Apple user needs to know.

Please note: We will be conducting our annual NJMUG Trustees and Officers election at 8:00pm sharp. Any person whose dues were current as of March 22, 2012 will be elegible to vote in the election. Also, any NJMUG member not currently on the ballot and who wishes to run in the election, can announce their candidacy during the meeting. Hope to see everyone there!

* Please note that all presentations are subject to change without notice.
