Simply Meditate - New Weekly Class

In this five-week class series, we can learn how to apply basic Buddhist meditations and teachings to help develop and maintain a peaceful happy mind. By cultivating real happiness from within our mind, we can transform our life experience into one that is filled with joy and great meaning.

These drop-in classes, suitable for everyone, from beginners to experienced meditators, help us discover the profound benefits of engaging in meditation. Classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week.

Cost: $10 per class ($5 for Seniors/Students/Unemployed)

Craig Nicol is a student on the Foundation Program offered by Dharmapala Kadampa Buddhist Center in Roanoke, VA. He has been studying Kadampa Buddhism for several years. Craig brings to his classes modern day examples with emphasis on balancing the busyness of work and life with genuine spiritual practice. He lives and works in Richmond.
