There’s an unexplored area at the heart of software development. When you start working on the real problem, normal rules don’t apply any more or start looking meaningless. However understanding what ‘the real problem’ is, isn’t trivial and a lot of companies just do stuff in order to meet some goals.
In this talk we’ll see how insights from Theory of Constraints, Kanban, CQRS, Domain-Driven Design, EventStorming and User Experience all blend together to help us discover the real problem and streamline the path from problem discovery to implementation of workable solution.
