It's OTPR Time!!  One of our favorite Meetup places is graciously hosting another meetup on Sunday, November 4th, 12:00-2:00 p.m.

OTPR is a state-of-the-art, 27,000 square foot resort offering luxurious amenities and unique services, including:  Dog/Cat Boarding, Grooming Salon, Spa Treatments, Canine Massage, Dog Athletics and Conditioning, Swimming, Agility Work, Pet Boutique and Special Events (like this Meetup!!).

OTPR is conveniently located at the junction of Backlick Road and Alban Road, just off of I-95 and the Springfield-Franconia Parkway, Fairfax County, Virginia.

ALL DOG-FRIENDLY LABRADORS AND LAB-MIXES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THIS EVENT!

DOGS MUST BE UP-TO-DATE ON BORDATELLA (72 hours prior to the event), RABIES AND DHLPP (Distemper).  If you are not a current client of OTPR, please fax an updated Vaccination Record (showing future vax due dates) to OTPR (Fax: [masked]) or bring an updated vax record with you to the event.  If your vaccinations are not up-to-date, you will not be permitted to participate in the event.

NOTE:  Our supply of Lab Meetup Tennis Balls is dwindling, so entry fee to this meetup will be 1 can of Tennis Balls!

Anne MArie....As long as they are in good shape (not broken or torn), you can bring what you have. Once or twice a year we have attendees to our meetups bring a can of tennis balls. I collect them and clean them after each meetup and weed out the broken ones.....just so that we have toys for the dogs to play with....and what Lab doesn't like a tennis ball! Looking for ward to meeting you!

Hi Priscilla....MAry Kaye is right on target! For the safety of your puppy, you should wait until he has had all of their initial shots, your vet could probably tell you the best time to socialize your puppy with other dogs. Looking forward to meeting the little guy...he's a cutie!

My pup will only be 10 weeks old. Would he be welcome to join the fun?

Hi Priscilla, I'll defer to Kathy, but we go to OTPR a lot. Like most other doggie daycares, they want pups to be at least 12 wks/have all of their shots. It's for the safety of the pup as their immune systems are still building up; so they don't catch something an older dog may be carrying. We look forward to meeting your pup though! I have a 4yr old and we usually walk at Great Falls NP on the weekend, if you ever want to join us.
