These 4 week boot-camps are designed to help you improve your health, fitness, and nutrition education. We meet 3 days a week to help maximize our strength, recovery, and conditioning for fitness; as well as build relationships with others in our community that are looking to make a positive change in their lives.
As the group's instructor my goal is to motivate those that have not found answers at local gyms by helping each member exceed their personal limits, provide a community that promotes a "judge-free zone", maintain exercise safety, and improve the health of our community.I will provide recovery drinks that will help us maximize our efforts and replenish our bodies after each class for a small donation to cover the costs.
