NP FiT Camps: FREE 4 Week Bootcamp

The 4 week body weight challenge includes workouts taking place on MWF at 630pm-730pm. All the workouts will be modified for fitness levels and ability.

all participants must:

signing liability waiver

bring a mat

bring a water bottle

smile and have a great time :)

OPTIONAL: BODY COMPOSITION TEST- MUST BE DONE BEFORE WORKOUT

taking a body composition test (barefeet needed)
