A workshop hosted by the Oregon Zoo in partnership with Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, Audubon Society of Portland, Metro Science & Stewardship, City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services, Oregon State Parks, U.S. Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management

Sometimes doing the right thing when maintaining landscaping or even restoring habitats turns out to be the wrong thing for courting and nesting birds. Join us for an interesting day of learning about which specific declining bird species in the Willamette Valley are affected by land management practices and how timing and best practices can be altered to minimize impacts.
Location: Oregon Zoo
