This is a PWR Moves class free to the community. PWR is an exercise program specifically designed by Dr. Becky Farley, a neuroscientist, for people with Parkinson’s. Come join us to stretch, exercise, get stronger, move better and have a little fun. We plan to take NWA to a new level of Parkinsons awareness!
