Webinar Education - Valuation of Early Stage Ventures

In this 60 minute webinar based workshop we will review the key valuation models for early stage ventures:

The Venture Capital Method

The Discounted Cash Flow Method

The Dave Berkus Model

The Scorecard (Bill Payne) Method

The Risk Factor Summation Method

and assess their uses and merits, and review examples using the various methods.

Target Audience - Entrepreneurs, current and would be angel and VC investors   

Desired Learning - students will have mastered the ability to assess valuations of early stage ventures using the common techniques being used today.

Powerpoint presentation in PDF form will be provided to registered attendees for both the live webinar and the archived one.

Presenter - Avi Fogel is a serial entrepreneur and active angel investor. He is a member of the board of NY Angels and runs its education committee. Avi is also a Venture Partner at Yatir Ventures, an Israeli seed phase micro VC and a member of Launchpad Venture Group  - a large angel group in Boston.
