They've focused on developing a smart home ecosystem for their own and 3rd party products, with a focus on simple customer experience.
6:25 - 6:40pm: Clarence Chio (https://www.linkedin.com/pub/clarence-chio/3a/713/521), cofounder of Chain-Check, will talk about some of Intel's new releases of the Edison and Galileo Gen 2 boards for internet of things applications. He'll show them in action with Chain-Check, his winning project at Intel's IoT hackathon, performing machine learning algorithms to predict when your bicycle will need a tuneup.
6:40 - 6:55pm: Jun Shimada, CEO and founder of ThinkEco (http://www.thinkecoinc.com/), is a NY based hardware startup that went from an individual product to a fully fledged internet of things platform for homes and enterprises. Come hear his journey of how they started off with the modlet, a self-installable device for energy management for homes and offices, to a company with a line of products including devices, software and apps that allow energy management for everyone.
