Hey Hardwarians,

Great seeing you on Monday. If you missed last week's meetup, you missed an epic evening of rocket engines, treadmills, and virtual reality.

Here's a quick recap:

Max Haot presented Launcher's ambitious 10-year plan to put satellites in space and showed off their latest rocket engine.

Maureen Coiro from Peloton presented the product development journey for their new treadmill, Tread.

Ilya Polokhin of Hubneo presented their VR simulation systems and set up a room-scale VR rig for us to demo. They are offering a discount to all NY Hardware Startup members. 20% off the first session using Hubneo’s full motion VR simulators. Offer Expires on June 30th, 2018. To inquire about availability and to apply the discount members need to send an email to [address removed]. Details about VR simulation systems and games/experiences, the Lab is offering, can be found here.

Thank you to our awesome sponsors:

Microsoft for hosting the event.

RaceYa for quenching our thirst.
